What is the Fish PGD Method?

DNA samples obtained from cells are evaluated in the Fish PGD (Fluorescence in situ hybridization) method, which uses a limited number of embryos. According to the ACGH method, this analysis, which is performed on a smaller number of chromosomes, has an average reliability of 70-80%. It is a genetic diagnosis analysis in which the most common 9 chromosome problems are studied in general.  Individuals who cannot have procedures such as next generation sequencing (NGS) or different diagnosis analyses, in general, prefer the fish PGD method.
